We’ll discuss confidentiality to ensure a safe and secure environment for our work together. I’ll also cover some practical housekeeping details, such as insurance and session logistics. To make the most of our time, I recommend finding a quiet and private space for our conversation, and for your safety, please avoid driving during the session. This initial meeting is an opportunity to establish a strong foundation for our therapeutic journey together.

My style is pretty laid back. I'm down to earth, supportive, caring, compassionate; with a good sense of humor. I understand that coming to therapy can be difficult and unfamiliar therefore I strive to make therapy a safe and inviting space for you to be vulnerable and to unpack your emotions.
