Hi, I'm Karmen, a purpose in my life is to help people struggling with life's challenges especially with the challenges that result in anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I invite you to use our safe space to express your real-life issues and to be willing to learn and develop the coping skills that will become your strengths - sustainable skills that you will be able to apply over and over again in your life. I am a graduate of Cabrini and Temple Universities in Pennsylvania with over 20 years of experience serving individuals who are coping with the trauma of homelessness, serious mental illness, and medical health conditions.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will introduce ourselves, discuss why you are interested in therapy, and devise a plan to address your needs. We will update the plan as your needs change and as you progress.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a therapist is that I listen for the heart of the issue. I ensure that my clients feel heard. I offer a safe space with no judgement nor embarrassment, and I am passionate about empowering my clients to address their challenges successfully.
