Hello, i am a bilingual clinical psychologist originally from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, currently licensed in the state of New Jersey. I have 13 years of experience helping my clients in the understanding of their emotions and personal circumstances, to along side of them work on becoming improved versions of themselves. I have vast experience working with clients that have experienced complex trauma.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions and an explanation of the therapeutic process. Afterwards, dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a clinician i believe that therapy is a collaborative process between the client and the therapist. My role is to work with my client by providing them with a safe an accepting space where they can reach their personal therapeutic goals.
