Using a multi-model and integrative approach we work together to discover a new experience of yourself through curiosity, compassion, mindfulness and body awareness. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first sessions we are getting to know each other. Our relationship is a mutual one and in this relationship we are both affected. My goal is to have you, as my client, feel heard and your struggles honored.

I feel my heart-centered approach is one of my strengths. Working through my own struggles, insecurities and darkness has helped me feel empathy for the struggles of others. I feel that my relationship with you is part of your healing and I take it seriously.

Eclectic

It is my belief and my best practice to not limit my work with one or two treatment methodologies. I choose what comes in the moment, blending modalities to fit the client's needs at that time. Our inner pain is real to us and I take this seriously. I practice deep listening, compassion and a heart-centered approach to therapy. I bring in mindfulness, spirituality (what this means to you and where it is appropriate), body awareness and sensitivity to what you present. We will set goals and explore how to meet these goals, taking your lead and understanding that all of our needs are different. We can explore your past and what from your past you carry to your present. I believe you are the expert on you and our goal together will be to help you discover your best you.
