Hello, My name is Priscilla Jadallah. I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years. I have experience working with eating disorders, addiction, self-esteem struggles depression, anxiety, trauma, phase of life stressors and relationship issues. I believe in offering clients a safe and comfortable space for them to learn tools, process difficult emotions to tackle life's hardships and let go of shame, anger or pain from one's past. My goal is to do my best with everyone I work with to help them work through issues while identifying their inner strengths to be a happier and healthier version of themselves. I describe myself as compassionate and understanding. I look forward to taking the journey of healing with you.
My goal in our first session is to learn what you are seeking support for, gather your history and most importantly start to get to know you and what your goals are. I believe in fostering a supportive and safe space where you feel heard and understood.
My main focus in therapy is getting to know each person I am working with and understanding the best way to help them learn coping skills to improve their lives. I believe in helping individuals understand why they engage in the behaviors that they do and how they can bring about change in a safe and supportive environment.

In my practice, I use CBT to support clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, perfectionism, and relationship issues. Sessions often include practical tools such as thought records, behavioral experiments, cognitive restructuring, and goal-setting exercises. CBT is collaborative, goal-oriented, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Clients often find CBT beneficial because it not only helps them gain insight but also equips them with concrete skills they can apply outside of therapy. It promotes self-awareness, enhances emotional regulation, and supports long-term growth.
I work with clients educating them and teaching them skills from a DBT approach as well. Core components include learning to stay present (mindfulness), tolerate distress without making the situation worse, communicate more effectively, and regulate emotions with greater ease.
