My treatment methods

EMDR

EMDR is an evidence treatment modality that uses a structured psychotherapy technique which helps many to heal from trauma and distressing events . It has proven to be effective in reducing problematic symptoms for many adults struggling with substance abuse disorders , anxiety disorders ,and depressive disorders. I have intergraded EMDR in my practice I have seen many clients reports a reduction in emotional triggers associated with trauma and anxiety .

Interpersonal

Interpersonal therapy can help adults improve current relationships with others and possibly lead to better mental health and functioning , I have used this psychotherapy method for more than ten years with a wide range of populations of adults , families and couples .
