Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will discuss what brought you to treatement, current symptoms and concerns, then a detailed pschiatric, medical and psychosocial history. Based on that framework, we will develop an initial treatment plan based on your preferences and confort level.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My background includes pysical fitness as a certified personal trianer as well as business management in NYC. I worked briefly in Colorado and also in the Caribbean drawn to both sun and snow. My previous life experiences have all helped shape my approach to mental health treatment. I focus on individuals as a whole and complex system inclusive of family, health, self-identity, work, spitiruality and faith - not simply a diagnosis or cluster of symptoms.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adults who are motivated to dig deeper into the source of their symptoms. My clients are interested in both tradtional western medicine, as well as, eastern philosophies or complementary and alternative medicine including nutritional psychiatry.
