I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD in adults, particularly those who have gone years without clear answers or have felt misunderstood in past healthcare experiences. I also treat depression, anxiety, panic symptoms, and sleep disorders — which often overlap with attention, focus, and emotional regulation. My approach is thoughtful and structured. I take time to understand the full picture — not just symptoms, but lifestyle, stressors, sleep patterns, and personal goals — before recommending treatment. ADHD evaluations are thorough and designed to provide clarity, and when medication is part of the plan, it is used intentionally and carefully monitored. If you’ve been carrying a lot on your own and feel stuck, that’s a meaningful place to start. You don’t need to have everything figured out — just a willingness to explore what’s going on and what can help. My goal has always been to create a safe, comfortable and inclusive space for everyone to receive quality mental health services. Therefore, listening to carefully to your story and helping you craft measurable goals are central to my practice.
I enjoy working with college students and those early into their careers who are struggling with depression, anxiety or focus/concentration challenges. I work well with clients who are eager to take the first steps on their journey to recovery. I am also an Ally of the veterans and LGBTQIA+ community.
