What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will get to know each other and we will discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you are facing, how you are feeling, and what your dreams are. I will also need some background information that will help me to address your needs and collaborative with you to create a personalized plan to help us work towards your goals together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My strength is my ability to offer unconditional empathy, support, and a nonjudgemental space to explore the the emotions that brought you therapy as we work towards healing and growth.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I find in today's fast paced world, most people want to know how many sessions therapy requires. Solution Focused Brief treatment allows me to use an eclectic mix of therapies which allows us to not only discover what's behind our subconscious actions but also keeps the focus on solutions.

Grief Therapy

As a culture, we do not know how to support one another through the grieving process. Reading self help books often results in hyper focusing on the loss rather than healing. Together, We can navigate the feelings grief and loss through a process to regain hope.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

My focus is you and using DBT allows us to work together to identify strategies for managing emotions, improving relationships and developing coping skills.
