Hi! I’m an ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of experience in Mental Health. I am currently practicing in both New York and New Jersey. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University in 2007, a Master's Degree in Psychiatric Nursing from Rutgers University in 2015, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Chatham University in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania in 2022. I help clients with all their mental health issues and prescribe medications as needed. Clients will be assisted in applying many problem-solving skills and techniques to navigate their thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationships using my expertise and vast knowledge in the field of psychiatry.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in the mental health field for the past 10 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Clients can expect to take away a positive outlook on their current situation after their initial session. Clients will have a better understanding of their mental health disease process and treatment options.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy supports individuals in aligning their thoughts, feelings, and actions so that an individual's specific therapy goals can be achieved. By utilizing the methods learned through CBT sessions individuals can actively utilize new skills between sessions to assist them in moving toward and achieving their treatment goals.
