I love working with clients who struggle with their mental health. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to help their mental health conditions. Many people who experience depression also have other mental health conditions. Anxiety disorders often go hand in hand with depression.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on changing maladaptive behaviors by identifying and modifying the thoughts and behaviors that contribute to a person's difficulties. This form of therapy looks to identify and help change potentially self-destructive or unhealthy behaviors.
