I use evidence-based practices such as: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT Skills, mindfulness-based therapy, motivational interviewing, talk therapy, exposure therapy, and exposure response prevention (ERP). I want to help people who suffer from mental health and substance use disorders by providing them with compassion, empathy, and evidence- based therapy to help promote resilience, self-compassion, and improve their emotional well-being. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I collaborate with my clients to develop a treatment plan that will help achieve their desired goals. I provide support, compassion, and psychoeducation to my clients.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Through personal challenges and struggles in my life, I realized how important it is to have someone listen to you and support you. Seeking support from others during a difficult time is a strength; not a weakness. We learn how to cope, manage, and heal by sharing our struggles and hardships with others. My mission is to help others achieve their goals and build happiness and resiliency for their life's journey.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.
