What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients who interact with me can expect to gain knowledge, insights, and recommendations that can help them make informed decisions and better understand the world around them. Additionally, I can provide insights and perspectives that clients may not have considered, which can help them broaden their understanding of a particular challenge.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

There are many therapy treatment tools and techniques I use with clients in session, depending on their specific needs and goals. Here are some examples: 1. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely used therapy approach that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. 2. Mindfulness is a technique that involves paying attention to the present moment in a non-judgmental way. It can help clients reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and increase self-awareness. 3. Narrative therapy is an approach that focuses on helping clients reframe their personal stories and narratives. It can involve activities such as journaling, letter writing, or storytelling. 4. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) “ is an approach that focuses on identifying and building on clients' strengths and resources, rather than focusing on their problems. These are just a few examples of the many therapy treatment tools and techniques that I use with clients in session. They are chosen based on each individual client's needs and goals,m however are also flexible and adaptable as their needs change over time.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

In terms of specialties or niches, I specialize in working with trauma survivors, with training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Some general qualities I have: Empathy, I understand and connect with clients' experiences, and provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings. Active Listening, which involves not only hearing what clients say, but also understanding their underlying emotions and motivations. Flexibility, I adapt my approach to meet the needs of the client as each person is unique and may require a different approach to therapy. Boundaries, I maintain appropriate boundaries with my clients to ensure a safe and professional therapeutic relationship.
