Mindfulness is a technique that involves paying attention to the present moment in a non-judgmental way. It can help clients reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and increase self-awareness. 3. Narrative therapy is an approach that focuses on helping clients reframe their personal stories and narratives. It can involve activities such as journaling, letter writing, or storytelling. 4. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) “ is an approach that focuses on identifying and building on clients' strengths and resources, rather than focusing on their problems. Some general qualities I have: Empathy, I understand and connect with clients' experiences, and provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings. Active Listening, which involves not only hearing what clients say, but also understanding their underlying emotions and motivations. Flexibility, I adapt my approach to meet the needs of the client as each person is unique and may require a different approach to therapy. Boundaries, I maintain appropriate boundaries with my clients to ensure a safe and professional therapeutic relationship.
