What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
The first session is basically a meet and greet type thing. Where she provides a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space to focus on what matters most to you. Clients can expect to be seen and heard. Together we determine if we're a good fit to begin our work together. We will answer any questions you may have and discuss what you're seeking from therapy. Confidential laws may be shared and informed consent forms may be obtained or discussed during the first session.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
Clinical wisdom is my greatest strength which simply means the ability to instill hope in what otherwise seems as a hopeless situation; the ability to simplify complex situations and provide practical steps for desired attainments; the ability to deep dive into unconscious phenonmenon and heighten self awareness; and the ability to get to the root of the matter.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
No one likes feeling like they don't know what else to do about their situation at work or at home. And with everything that's going on these days, more so than ever, depression and anxiety are on the rise. At elevated levels they can affect your ability to regulate your emotions and hinder you from functioning as effectively as you would like to. CBT techniques assist clients with skills such as reframing, restructuring and regulating. It's helpful in understanding how thoughts influence feelings and ultimately behaviors. Insights gained may provide fresh strategies and perspectives. The practice of your newly acquired skills may enhance your effectiveness and support your goals and desires for more favorable outcomes at work and at home.
Psychodynamic
Are you exhausted, overwhelmed, and sick and tired of being sick and tired? Have you ever felt like you have a "sign" on your head as it seems like the same unwanted treatment seems to find its way to you? Have you ever had the feeling like you're going around and around in circles and keep ending up in the same place or same type relationships no matter how hard you try? Have you ever heard the expression "I feel like I keep hitting a brick wall" or "I must have a blind spot"? This treatment method is the best approach for identifying patterns like the ones mentioned above. And while insight-oriented therapy can be useful in such cases as well, psychodynamic therapy is like getting to the "root" of the matter. It explores and identifies the "underlying causes". It's like the "deep massage" vs "Swedish massage therapy, which may be uncomfortable at times. However, if you can get to the "root" of the pattern, you get the "fruit" taken care of as well. Focusing on symptom reduction only is like picking up the fruit around the tree and from the tree which only leaves the tree producing more of the same fruit (temporary fix). Psychodynamic therapy focuses on unconscious processes as they are manifested in the client's present behavior as these unconscious processes are usually where you will locate the "cause" for what keeps manifesting over and over again.
