I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 17 years of experience helping individuals heal from anxiety, trauma, PTSD, burnout, and life transitions. I’ve worked in diverse clinical settings and published research in Cognitive Psychology. My approach is eclectic, trauma-informed, and client-centered, blending evidence-based methods with compassion and empowerment. I provide a safe space where you can process emotions, uncover root challenges, and build the resilience you need to thrive.
During our first session, my focus is on building a genuine connection and creating a supportive space where you feel safe and understood. I’ll meet you exactly where you are and listen to your current concerns while gaining insight into your goals. Together, we’ll create personalized objectives and develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. This session is about collaboration, trust, and setting the foundation for meaningful growth, addressing both your present challenges and long-term aspirations.
One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to build deep, authentic connections with clients and foster a collaborative, supportive partnership. Through empathy and active listening, I gain insight into the root causes of their challenges and help identify patterns that may be holding them back. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process their emotions and heal from their deepest emotional wounds. My goal is to empower clients with the tools and confidence they need to achieve meaningful growth and lasting resilience.
I find joy in collaborating with individuals who are deeply motivated to create meaningful change in their lives. I’m passionate about supporting clients who are committed to making lasting transformations that foster healing and help them embrace their innate strengths. My clients are ready to adopt new perspectives, shift their thought patterns, and step into their full potential with confidence and resilience.

I use evidence-based treatment techniques through an eclectic approach that prioritizes each client’s trauma history and overall well-being. I draw from trauma-informed care, person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based therapy, and motivational interviewing, integrating unconditional positive regard throughout. By blending these modalities, I customize treatment to meet each client’s unique needs, goals, and preferences, fostering meaningful growth and healing.
