I employ evidence-based treatment techniques, utilizing an eclectic approach that considers the individual's trauma and overall well-being. To achieve this, I draw upon principles and methods from various therapeutic modalities including trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness techniques, attachment-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, unconditional positive regard, and motivational interviewing. By directly addressing my clients' needs and preferences, I practice Eclectic Therapy by blending multiple therapeutic approaches to determine the most suitable treatment for each individual. I customize a combination of different therapy approaches based on the specific requirements, objectives, and expectations of each client.
