I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Orlando, Florida with over 23 years of experience. I absolutely love what I do and take pride in helping my clients flourish and grow. I love helping teens and young adults (and their families) struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression and the pressure and stress of everyday life. I am calm, easy going and want to help my clients become the best version of themselves!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will be mostly introductions and getting to know each other. Then I really want to know what challenges you are facing. Together we will build a plan that will help guide us through the rest of our time together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have been counseling for a long time and have been so lucky to work in different agencies, hospitals and clinics that allowed me to help so many different demographics. But my biggest strength has to be my ability to connect with people and make them feel safe, accepted and worthy. I see the good in everyone.
