I am familiar with various therapeutic techniques and acknowledge that everyone deserves a personalized therapeutic practice that is decided collaboratively in session. Many of my clients have had previous therapy experiences and know what is most practical for their treatment goals. I individualize each individual client's therapeutic needs.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, I will have you tell me about yourself, your experiences, and why you are interested in starting therapy. I will ask further questions about what you share and may ask more standard demographic questions to better understand your experiences. We will talk, get to know one-another, the therapy process, and see if you feel comfortable moving forward with creating a further treatment plan.

My niche is with individuals who have battled trauma, adjustment and attachment issues. My strengths include helping reform coping skills from destructive to productive. Counseling, like life, takes work and everyone progresses at their own pace, I take pride in empowering my clients no matter where they are on their journey.
