What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
I strive to maintain a conversational and collaborative approach to help you understand yourself better so you can figure out where you are coming from, where you currently are, and where you would like to go. In our first session together, I spend time getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. By the end of the session, we will come up with goals that you will set so we have a roadmap of where we hope to go as we embark on our journey together.

My diverse therapeutic, professional, and academic skills have prepared me to pay close attention to aspects of personal and cultural identity that matter to my clients and to tailor the work we do to ensure that it uniquely fits who they are and the experiences they have.
