I have been working as a licensed clinical social worker since 2011. I have worked in substance abuse treatment facilities, mental health clinics, elderly and veterans' outreach, with children in homes, and private practice. I love working with people and witnessing change. I believe everyone has the capacity for change. My integrative approach allows me to help everyone uniquely to meet individualized needs.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

A first session is an opportunity to see if we will be a good fit. You will be asked several questions regarding what brought you to therapy, your background, and goals. I want an understanding of who you are and where you want to be.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I do not treat any two clients the same. I believe I am successful in combating negative thinking, recognizing and changing destructive patterns, and empowering others to create change.
