I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist in Illinois, Texas, California and Nebraska. I earned my Master of Science Degree from National Louis University, Evanston IL. My passion for helping others, has inspired me to work with people of all ages and backgrounds since 2001. My 20-year career has been spent working in Hospital, School and Community based settings. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationships challenges, grief, self-esteem and life transitions. I enjoy working with individual and families to navigate the challenges of life, whether they are personal, peer, work or family related. I work from a strength based, client centered, collaborative approach; supporting individuals and families to become the biographers of their life. During my spare time I enjoy traveling with family, raising my three pets and being involved in my community. Your life is a story of transition.
