I have worked in a variety of settings such as outpatient therapy, community mental health, nonprofit, private practice, inpatient psychiatry, and school settings. I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults of different backgrounds, ethnicities and lifestyles. I offer a non-judgmental and person-centered environment for clients to explore areas of their life that they would like to bring about change and work through mental health concerns. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

You can expect us to work together in a collaborative effort during each session to reach your therapy goals. We will do a bunch of talking, as well as some psychoeducation and finding strategies and tools that help to alleviate your mental health symptoms.

I utilize treatment methods and tools such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Strengths-Based Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Person-Centered Treatment.
