In our first session together, we will start with a brief introduction to therapy, then dive into the challenges you are facing. Then we will work together on identifying your overall goals of therapy and for future sessions.
My biggest strength is listening without any judgment. Whether that means being here so you can "vent" or helping you find ways to change things you are unhappy about, I have your back!
I work with adults 18 and up on an individual basis.
I use CBT to help you identify thinking thinking errors so that we can work together to form thoughts that feel better.

Amanda makes me feel heard and understood, every session she brings new ideas I can try to process and acknowledge my trauma. I have seen big improvements in my anxiousness and sleep quality since I have started. My overall self confidence and ability to become vulnerable has made steady progress which would have not been possible without the help of Amanda. Thank you for always providing a warm and safe space for me to open up.
