When working with clients, I employ evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs to help you effectively manage and overcome anxiety. Whether it's through cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness practices, exploring your past, or other therapeutic approaches, we'll work together to find what works best for you. During the first session we explore a little about your past, and as I learn more about how anxiety is impacting you currently, we explore how the past is connected. I'm also a big believer in providing resources for you in between sessions, so that you can continue to reflect and build tools in the interim.
