Hi everyone, my name is Keala Zane and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with individuals including adolescents and young adults specializing in anxiety, depression, stress, peer and family-related issues, and relationships utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques incorporated with a client-centered approach to address stressors and life challenges. My goal is to support you with identifying challenges and barriers to your idea of success and making meaningful changes to live a more positive and fulfilling life. My goal is to also support you with feeling better about yourself and having the skills you need to feel confident in your abilities to address life stressors as they arise. My communication style is collaborative, personable, and nonjudgemental. I am authentic and genuine and truly believe in my clients. I am honest and I also believe that it is important for us to laugh at things that are silly, smile, and celebrate accomplishments and milestones. If it sounds like we would be a good match I look forward to connecting with you more soon!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we will begin by discussing what is bringing you to therapy and ultimately what you would like to get out of our time together. Our first session is our time to begin to get to know one another and for me gather essential information that will help us to determine what treatment will look like. I may ask questions to better understand current situations and needs as well as answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process with me.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Informed Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing depending on client's needs and preferences.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is empowering my client's to identify their strengths and utilize them to make positive changes in their lives. I pride myself on being genuine, empathetic, and focused on providing my client's with specialized care that is tailored to their ongoing needs.
