I’m a therapist who helps people navigate life transitions, heal relational wounds, and build a stronger, more authentic connection to themselves. My approach is grounded in systems theory, which means I see you in the full context of your relationships, experiences, and environment—not just as a set of symptoms. I integrate cognitive-behavioral tools, existential exploration, and motivational interviewing to help you make sense of your story, shift unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to support you in living with more clarity, intention, and connection.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, seen, and not rushed. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work toward, and any important parts of your story that you feel ready to share. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, both the struggles and the strengths you bring with you. I’ll also explain how I work, answer any questions you have, and collaborate with you to begin shaping a plan that feels supportive and aligned with your goals. Most importantly, the first session is about starting to build a relationship based on trust, curiosity, and respect.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe exploring both their struggles and their hopes. I bring a balance of deep empathy and thoughtful challenge—helping clients feel understood while also encouraging growth and new possibilities. My background in systems theory, relational work, cognitive-behavioral approaches, existential therapy, and trauma-informed care allows me to tailor the work to each individual’s needs. I’m deeply committed to helping clients not only make sense of their experiences but also build the skills and confidence to create meaningful, lasting change.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

You might be someone navigating a life transition, relationship challenges, anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, an eating disorder, or patterns of self-criticism. Maybe you’re insightful and motivated to grow, but still find yourself stuck in old relational patterns, internal pressure, self-doubt, or fear of judgment. You’re not just looking for symptom relief, you’re craving a more authentic, connected way of being with yourself and others. I work best with people who are ready to approach their growth with openness and courage, and who are willing to explore clinically grounded steps that support real, lasting change, especially when it comes to recovery from eating disorders. If you’re facing family dynamics, career shifts, identity questions, or healing from relational trauma, I offer a thoughtful, collaborative space where you can deepen your understanding and move forward with clarity and intention.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a collaborative tool to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that reinforce anxiety, depression, social fears, or relational difficulties. In practice, I integrate CBT by helping clients build emotional awareness, challenge cognitive distortions, develop flexible coping strategies, and reframe internal narratives. I tailor CBT techniques to support clients’ values and goals, while also weaving them into relational and systemic explorations to ensure changes are sustainable and meaningfully connected to the client’s broader life context.

Existential

I integrate Existential Therapy by helping clients explore deeper questions around meaning, identity, freedom, and connection. Through reflective dialogue, I support clients in confronting life’s uncertainties, redefining their sense of purpose, and living more authentically. I weave existential exploration into therapy by inviting clients to examine how early experiences, systemic influences, and current transitions shape their beliefs about themselves and the world, while empowering them to take ownership of their choices and create lives that feel intentional and fulfilling

Relational

I integrate Relational Theory by using the therapeutic relationship as a central tool for healing and insight. I help clients examine how their early relational experiences and current interpersonal patterns shape their sense of self, emotional world, and relationships. Through an attuned, collaborative process, I support clients in developing greater emotional awareness, exploring patterns of connection and disconnection, and cultivating more secure, authentic relationships both within and outside of therapy.

Motivational Interviewing

I integrate Motivational Interviewing (MI) by using a collaborative, non-judgmental approach to help clients explore ambivalence, strengthen their internal motivation, and move toward meaningful change. I guide clients in identifying their values, clarifying personal goals, and resolving internal conflicts at a pace that feels empowering. Through reflective listening and guided discovery, I support clients in building greater confidence in their ability to make intentional, value-driven choices.

EMDR

"I utilize EMDR to help clients reprocess distressing memories, reduce emotional reactivity, and build more adaptive beliefs about themselves and their experiences. Through a structured, trauma-informed approach, I guide clients in accessing and processing unresolved experiences that contribute to current symptoms, while strengthening internal resources for resilience and emotional regulation. EMDR is integrated thoughtfully and collaboratively, at the client’s pace, to support healing from trauma, attachment wounds, and significant life transitions.
