In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in the first session as well as follow-up sessions.

Having worked with people impacted by cancer for 7 years, as well as having recovered from my own chronic illness, I have a unique ability to empathize with the feelings of fear, loss, and uncertainty that those facing serious or ongoing illness deal with.

I love working with people impacted by serious or chronic illness for themselves or a loved one using the highly effective protocols of Accelerated Resolution Therapy. It helps resolve client’s problems quickly without them having to share many details. This is appealing to people who have experienced or are experiencing trauma, like in the case of loss or an ongoing serious illness. People often go from feeling overwhelmed with fear and hopelessness to feeling a sense of calm and even joy in just one session.

My treatment methods

Integrative

I am an expert in dealing with all forms of painful negative life experiences. Within five or six sessions I can have you relaxed and able to think about those things as past events rather than having them dictate your emotions day in and day out. I use a treatment model called Accelerated Resolution Therapy that allows you to use your thoughts and your feelings to change how your brain thinks about things that have happened to you.
