Do you keep thinking life is not supposed to be this hard or relationships/marriage/parenting is not supposed to be this much of a struggle? I just had my baby but I don't know why I am so sad. Do you have the constant thoughts I should be further in my career goals or my purpose in life while balancing life responsibilities? My goal is to help with life's struggles and teach people how to manage feelings, and symptoms of depression and anxiety. I work with women in the workforce to balance work, life, stress, and relationship stress, I am the least nonjudgmental person you ever will meet but use evidence-based treatment to help you reach your therapy goals.
