My name is Kristin Crumbley and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I offer individual therapy and couples therapy, providing a compassionate space where clients can feel heard and supported. In a world where relationships—whether with ourselves or others—can become sources of tension, my mission is to guide individuals and couples toward deeper connection and clarity. My goal is to help you stay calm, collected, and connected in conflict—whether within yourself or in your relationships.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other. I’ll ask about your goals, what brings you to therapy or mediation, and any challenges you’ve been facing. Together, we’ll start to shape a plan that feels right for you. My approach is collaborative—you are the expert in your life, and I’m here to guide and equip you with tools to navigate challenges with greater ease.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths are creating a nonjudgmental, supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, and my ability to help clients stay grounded and connected during difficult conversations. I bring an integrative approach to therapy, combining evidence-based practices with empathy and humor, to help clients feel more in control of their lives.
