I specialize in working with children, helping them develop healthy, age-appropriate, and relatable coping skills to manage the obstacles they face. I also work with adults dealing with career stress, life transitions, burnout, or simply striving to become the best versions of themselves. Life can feel overwhelming when faced with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, or other challenges. I want you to know you are not alone. In the first session, an intake will be completed in getting to know the client, client’s family and health background for me as a therapist to get a full picture of what may be contributing to some of the clients present symptoms as it could be situational, genetics or a number of things beyond the client’s control. Collaboratively we will discuss what brings you to therapy and a plan as to what you would like to get out of therapy, and to determine if the time we are meeting for initial appointment will work for the client moving forward while together we determine the need and frequency of therapy.
I have a strong ability to connect deeply with my clients, creating a safe, warm, and welcoming space where they feel comfortable enough to trust me and become open and vulnerable. I actively listen to my clients, ensuring they feel truly heard and understood. I empathize with their pain and struggles, offering genuine compassion to every single client I work with.
