Life can be stressful and overwhelming. Sometimes we need to talk to someone who is understanding of our fears, doubts, concerns, and problems but also can identify our inner strengths to overcome these obstacles. Just because you can and have carried the weight of it all for so long doesn’t mean you should still do so. My goal is to provide a supportive, safe environment which will empower you to explore and challenge the areas of your life that you desire to change. I will assist you in discovering your inner strengths that will help you live a better, more enriched life. I have a passion to work with young adults, women’s issues (particularly self-worth, managing expectations and setting healthy boundaries), better managing anxiety and career goals.
