I am a therapist based in FL with over 30 years of experience with almost 24 years as a licensed counselor in Florida. My strengths include being skilled in relationship issues primarily break-ups, divorce and other life changes effecting current functioning level, career transitions & executive coaching, weight loss, parenting issues, substance abuse and managing life stressors. Helping people get back to their highest level of functioning is my goal. I love what I do! It is not work to me. I do believe a large part of “why” therapy is helpful is the therapeutic alliance between myself and a client. If the fit doesn’t feel good; it is often hard to help people get over their roadblocks.

The people I am near able to assist are those that are fairly high-functioning but face relationship, career or family-setbacks but whom need assistance, support and new ways of coping or thinking about their problems.
