Hi, I am Blake. ****** Please email me at blakehealingforyou@gmail.com first before scheduling to see if I can help with your issues. If we are a match, then we can discuss an agreed upon time. I only offer individual counseling for adults. Thanks! ****** Welcome to taking that first step towards healing your mental health Psychotherapy & counseling help us to heal from past wounds, cope with current problems that can produce anxiety, depression, agitation, worry and panic to name a few. We all have the capacity within ourselves to have happy, healthy & productive lives. I incorporate different types of therapy to help you achieve your goals. Mental health is interconnected to physical health. I specialize in but not limited to: trauma, panic disorders, depression, anger management, anxiety disorders, domestic violence issues & grief/loss. If I find your issues are beyond my scope and practice, I will refer you to other therapists, etc. You are welcome to stop therapy at anytime and change therapists. We can review this together and explore options.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will review your goals and I will complete the assessment. We will discuss how we can achieve your goals. If you issues are beyond my scope and practice, I will refer to other therapists.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths include that I am able to give them tools, techniques and homework to assist them with their goals. I am a good listener and I can at times question client's cognitive distortions or faulty thinking that may contribute to their issues. I explore the client's past history and review if this is still affecting them today.
