What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you can expect a safe and confidential space where you can share your experiences and concerns. We will start with brief introductions and discuss your mental health history as well as your goals for treatment. We will develop a treatment plan that best meets your needs. I will explain my clinical approach, and we will discuss how I can support you through the process. The first session is an important opportunity for us to establish trust and collaboration, and to begin the process of healing.

I am a compassionate and empathetic listener. I respect the thoughts, feelings, and experiences of my patients, and I work hard to build a rapport with them. I work with my patients to develop an evidence-based treatment plan that will work for them.

I am best positioned to serve clients who have moderate to severe mental illness, including those with bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, psychosis, insomnia, ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, and other mood disorders. I work with patients and their families, to provide high-quality mental health care. I am committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based care that meets the clinical and treatment needs of my patients.
