I can help if you feel stuck in a relationship, career, or creatively; want to build resiliency and coping; have difficult life changes and transitions; have questions about identity and values; want a better understanding of repeating patterns in your life. You are curious and motivated to understand yourself and you're ready to learn new ways of coping with life's challenges. Perhaps you know what the problem is and have some good ideas about how to fix it. Unfortunately, that may not be enough to make the change you need. I want to be there with a new perspective, accountability, and support.
