What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will have a brief introduction, we will discuss what brought you to therapy, and factors that relate to your mental health, experiences and goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I was primarily educated in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy. As a young adult I suffered from an eating disorder, I lost 140 lbs and have been in recovery for 10 years. I learned how to cope with life’s ups and downs, studying and practicing different view points and skills. I have personal and professional experience that I desire to make useful by helping you make progress, one step at a time. I started working with addiction/Co-occurring disorders In treatment centers in 2013 while under supervision. I became a licensed psychotherapist in 2016 and a qualified supervisor and master’s level certified addiction professional shortly after.
