In our first session together, we will get to know you and we will discuss your intentions for therapy. Throughout our journey, I will continue to empower and support you. Provide the safe space for you to explore and break old habits in order for you to heal and grow. I will tailor each session with different techniques to continue to meet your current goals.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize an individualized and eclectic approach based on my client’s needs. I combine different evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions while integrating alternative exercises to promote calm and self-reflection. Exercises may include mindfulness, meditation, visualizations, practicing gratitude, writing exercises, self-care, affirmations, movement, and music. Treatment methods also include: Cognitive Behavioral Solution Focused Problem Solving Strength Based Narrative Motivational Interviewing Attachment Relational Family and Systems Therapy Humanistic Trauma Informed & Focused
