Clients are able to walk away feeling validated, heard and informed about their care and the next steps of their treatment plan. Clients will also consistently be empowered to be an active participant in the evolution of their therapy and to gain more and more autonomy, until my role is redundant and you feel able to thrive on your own. As a therapist, I am also a heavy advocate for many of the intersectional identities my clients may also be a part of, which enables me to stay current for resources and assistance in other areas for my clients and their overall well-being.
Individual: CBT, TF-CBT, REBT, EFT, DBT Couples: EFT, Gottman, Solution-focused Family: Family Systems
My strengths involve a heavy network of additional supportive care providers as needed; experience in in-patient and outpatient therapy, and flexibility and creativity of care.
