First visits are typically 30-45 minutes in length dependent upon your visit type A complete thorough assessment for the reason of your visit will take place. Once your assessment is complete, we would then discuss your diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Recommendations may include a combination of medication, therapy, and additional support. If you choose to take a medication your medication will be electronically provided to your pharmacy of choice along with follow-up recommendations.

Dr. Johnson was very professional, attentive, and thorough. She asked me many detailed questions to make sure she fully understood my situation before making any recommendations. I really appreciated how careful she was throughout the appointment. She made me feel heard and comfortable, and it was clear to me that she is very knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing. I had a very positive experience with her and would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Johnson is the best therapist I’ve ever had. She is incredibly wise, supportive, and insightful, but what truly sets her apart is that she helps you move forward. Many therapists can feel more like sounding boards and offer very little direction. Dr. Johnson helps you create a clear path forward, even when you’re coming from a place of deep pain.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Monica. She is authentic, genuine, empowering, and truly listens without judgment. She's always solution-focused and leaves me feeling encouraged and hopeful. Her positive attitude always makes me smile, and I love that she's a believer in God.
