Client can expect to let me know a little about who they are (background, career, family) and begin to share about their symptoms and therapy goals. At the end of the session, you will be asked if you would like to return or if you would prefer a different therapist. This is to ensure we are a good fit and there is no pressure to continue therapy with me if I am not what you are looking for.
My greatest strengths as a therapist is being able to relate to men, women, teenagers, couples, families, ect. from all walks of life. I am compassionate and empathetic. I am invested in seeing my clients live authentic, meaningful lives.
I love helping clients who are willing to invest in the therapy process and get better. I have experience working with all backgrounds and disorders, so I do not have one particular group I solely focus on.
I help clients learn how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors affect their lives. I use a wide variety of skills to help meet clients' needs and do not use "a -one- size fits -all" approach to therapy. My goals is to help you understand yourself better so you can transform into a better version of you.
