I am a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with anxiety, mood concerns, stress, substance use, and behavioral challenges. Our first session focuses on what’s bringing you in now and what you’d like support with. I ask thoughtful questions to understand your goals while moving at a pace that feels comfortable. There’s no pressure to share everything at once.
My greatest strength is combining practical tools with deeper insight. I draw from CBT, mindfulness-based, and psychodynamic approaches to help you build coping skills while also understanding patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
I work best with adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in familiar patterns and want clarity and balance. If you’re seeking thoughtful support and steady progress, I’d be glad to work together.
