Hi, I am Bewindi A Jackson and I partner with people through the power of the Holy Spirit to empower, encourage and equip them with tools to address the whole person through counseling, biblical counseling, coaching/ consulting, speaking, podcasting, my books as an author, travel consulting and also resources to enhance physical well being. I provide therapy in a way that allows clients to feel increasingly confident, inspired and stronger. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing techniques to help facilitate change. Being a christian and an encouraged believer has allowed me to hold space for clients who want to incorporate their faith into therapy and help increase hopefulness, as well as see faith as a protective factor.
