I am an LCSW who currently lives in Los Angeles, California. I have been practicing clinical social work for the past 9 years. So far I have practiced in New York City, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Further, I enjoy continuing my education to learn new skills to better treat clients. When I'm not working I enjoy hiking, reading, spending time with friends and traveling. I have been to over 20 countries and counting. have experience working in various settings. In the past, I have worked in hospitals, psychiatric hospitals, community health clinics, residential treatment facilities, and at a college campus. Moreover, I have worked with individuals who are experiencing substance use, homelessness, severe mental health issues, chronic health issues, student issues, and intrapersonal conflict. Additionally, I have worked with a variety of populations such as Young Adults, Adults, College Students, veterans of LGBTQIA, Geriatric, Disabled and Intellectually challenged individuals

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

When working with clients, I like to pull from a strengths-based perspective by first engaging in biopsychosocial assessment and building on skills.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Provides Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused therapy.

My areas of expertise are Anxiety, Depression, and Complex Trauma.
