In our first session together .we will start with a brief introduction ,then we can discussed the specific challenges you are facing and your primary goals for therapy.This will help create a tailored plan for us to work through in the folllowing session.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I use a cultural trauma lens to process unresolved trauma and disconnection. I offer skills-based techniques, insight-oriented processing,Brainspotting to help clients feel like themselves again. I also use cognitive therapy,psychodynamics and practice meditation technique with clients.
