Clients say this provider is
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist. My Grow practice is focused exclusively on insomnia. I work with clients who have difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, waking too early, or feeling anxious and frustrated about sleep. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), a structured, evidence-based treatment that addresses the thoughts and behaviors that keep insomnia going. Our sessions will focus specifically on understanding and improving your sleep rather than providing general therapy for unrelated concerns. We will use sleep tracking and practical strategies tailored to your patterns, with the goal of helping you sleep more consistently and feel more confident in your ability to manage occasional difficult nights.
In our first session, we will review your sleep history, current sleep patterns, and the factors that may be keeping your insomnia going. You will learn how CBT-I works and leave with a clear plan for tracking your sleep so that treatment can be tailored to you.
My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to quickly understand what’s getting in the way, help clients clarify goals, and translate insight into practical change. I’m direct, collaborative, and focused on helping clients reduce symptoms by identifying patterns and using tools they can apply between sessions. Clients often tell me they value my clear feedback, grounded presence, and the sense of momentum they feel in our work together.
My ideal client is someone who struggles to fall asleep, stay asleep, or return to sleep after waking too early. They may feel anxious about bedtime, frustrated by inconsistent sleep, or exhausted after trying sleep hygiene tips without lasting improvement. They are looking for a structured, evidence-based approach and are willing to track their sleep and practice new strategies between sessions.

Speaking with my provider, it was a no judgment zone. I felt very heard and a safe space to be able to express myself the way that I needed to. I would definitely come back.

I appreciated how open and honest she was with me. I felt heard and feel like she understands my goals for therapy which is difficult to find. I need a therapist that I can discuss my problems with and not just have my words echoed back to me. She actively listened to what I was saying and came up with genuine comments and questions which I very much appreciate :)
