Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters from University of Southern California (USC) and have been practicing for a total of 5 years (3 of those have been post-grad). My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults with depression, anxiety, and trauma; helping them identify triggers to their symptoms and helping them create effective coping mechanisms to decrease their symptoms and live emotionally healthy lives.
In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other to see if this is the right fit for you. While I am eager to jump into action, I would first like to get to know you, who you are, what you wish to accomplish. This will help me create a tailored treatment plan that will help us work through issues important to you during our follow-up sessions.
While I have not been in the field for long, I’ve developed effective techniques that can help each of my clients individually. I believe that therapy only works if the client is the spokesperson for their lives and their needs. I’m hear to listen and incorporate your ideas into YOUR session.
I love working with adolescents and young adults who are just starting to figure their lives out. My clients are motivated to tackle the issues they are affected by however often don’t have the necessary tools to do so. This is where I come in, I’m here to guide you through the rough patch of life as slowly or quickly as you need.
I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past three years. It’s helped many of my clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety and depression. We’ll use CBT to recognize the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how they influence your day to day mood. We’ll then use that knowledge to change /restructure your thinking patterns, which will help you increase emotional regulation which will help you live a healthier/stable life.

Currently in the process of becoming certified in TF-CBT to help clients process recent/repressed trauma. TF-CBT incorporates mindfulness and psychoeducation to help prepare clients to reflect on their traumatic experiences and how these experiences impacted their life.
