I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD and life stressors through a personalized, evidence-based approach. I combine clinical expertise with a genuine commitment to understanding each client’s unique journey. Your first session is all about getting to know you in a comfortable, judgment-free space. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what brought you in, and what you’d like to improve. I’ll ask questions about your symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle, and any previous treatments so I can get a full picture of your needs. This is also your time to ask questions and share any concerns. By the end of the session, we’ll discuss a clear plan moving forward. If appropriate, this may include medication options, therapy recommendations, and practical next steps to help you start feeling better. Most clients leave their first session feeling relieved, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Fresh therapeutic Team use CBT, helps you take a close look at your thoughts and emotions. You’ll come to understand how your thoughts affect your actions. Through CBT, you can unlearn negative thoughts and behaviors and learn to adopt healthier thinking patterns and habits. CBT usually takes place over a limited number of sessions. Using a question-and-answer format, your therapist helps you gain a different perspective. As a result, you learn to respond better to stress, pain and difficult situations.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
As a Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my treatment approach is patient-centered, evidence-based, and holistic. I focus on understanding the whole person, including their symptoms, history, strengths, environment, and goals, to create individualized treatment plans that support long-term wellness.
