Hi I am a licensed professional clinical counselor practicing in California. I offer in person sessions in Stockton California and also teletherapy health options. Together, we will identify your challenges and goals - where you want your life to be a month, six months, a year from now. Then, we'll identify options and strategies you can use to get there. You'll leave the session with a better understanding of what you're facing with an "actions I can take right now" approach. There will always be room for suggestions concerning our work together, including keeping each other accountable.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will go over any questions you have and get to know more about what brought you into counseling. We can develop goals for what you would like to get out of therapy even if it's simply a safe space to talk about what concerns you most. We also decide on how often you would like to come to session and set up a follow up appointment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My passion is helping individuals create the life they want to live. I provide a safe space to work through often complicated emotions. I love to work with my clients and help them discover ways to unravel the issues together. My goal is to provide you tools that are repeatable to allow for resolve of future issues.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

Eclectic treatment methods in therapy allows us to customize therapy sessions unique to you. This methodology allow us to use tools from a variety of disciplines creating a unique approach for each person.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I appreciate the worksheets and concepts within CBT therapy to help clients regain control of their unhealthy thinking patterns. The visuals and detail on worksheets provide something for reference outside of session. Changing the way we think and redirecting the thought processes is just one of many ways therapy can be helpful.
