Hi, I’m Dina, an Enneagram Informed Mental Health Professional dedicated to helping high-achieving women find balance, clarity, and renewed purpose. I work with women who are driven and capable—but often feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in cycles of anxiety, burnout, or self-doubt. Using the Enneagram alongside strengths-based counseling, Motivational Interviewing, and cognitive tools, I help clients uncover the root of their struggles and reconnect with their true selves. My approach is compassionate, practical, and deeply personalized. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck, tap into your strengths, and create a clear path toward emotional healing and meaningful growth. The result? Women walk away with more than insight—they gain confidence, resilience, and a sense of peace. They begin to live with intention, lead with grace, and show up fully in the lives and relationships that matter most.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

What to Expect in a Typing Interview A Typing Interview is a collaborative, guided conversation designed to help you uncover your Enneagram type and gain deeper insight into your core motivations, behaviors, and emotional patterns. It’s not a test or a “labeling” process—it’s a chance to explore who you are at a deeper level and understand what drives you. What Is a Typing Interview? During the Typing Interview, we’ll dive into your emotional experiences, relational dynamics, and the ways you approach challenges in your life. Unlike an online Enneagram test, which can only provide surface-level information, the Typing Interview is a personalized conversation that listens for the why behind your behaviors—helping you discover the true essence of your personality. As we talk, I’ll ask open-ended questions to guide our conversation and help you reflect on how you see and interact with the world. The goal is to get to the heart of what motivates you, what triggers you, and where your deepest fears and desires lie. Together, we’ll explore your patterns without any pressure to perform or "get it right." What Happens During the Session? Introduction & Overview: We’ll start by getting to know each other. I’ll explain the Typing Interview process and how the Enneagram works as a tool for self-awareness and growth. Exploration & Reflection: I’ll ask you to share about your experiences, emotional responses, and typical thought patterns. This is a space for you to reflect on your life’s journey and how you relate to others. Gentle Insights: At the end of the session, I’ll share my thoughts on which Enneagram types seem to resonate most with your experiences. I’ll explain why each type may be a fit and give you space to reflect further on your own. Next Steps: You’ll leave with guidance on how to further explore your type, as well as how to apply the insights from the Enneagram to your personal and spiritual growth. How It Will Feel A Typing Interview is meant to be a compassionate, non-judgmental space. Many clients feel a sense of relief or clarity during the process, as they gain deeper insight into themselves and their core motivations. It can be a moment of emotional awareness and self-compassion, and you may find that parts of your story click into place. The process is conversational and respectful. There’s no “right” or “wrong” here—just an invitation to explore yourself with honesty and openness. Why It Matters Understanding your Enneagram type can he

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a therapist, I believe my greatest strength lies in my ability to deeply connect with my clients, offering them a compassionate, non-judgmental space where they can feel truly seen and heard. I’ve worked with many high-achieving, faith-driven women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or burned out despite their success. I understand the unique pressures they face, and I create a safe environment where they can explore their emotions without fear of judgment. Many women I work with often put the needs of others first, leaving little room for self-care. I’ve personally experienced the weight of those struggles, which makes it easier for me to empathize with them and offer the support they need to heal. A core part of my approach as a therapist is integrating my faith with therapeutic tools and strategies. I don’t just offer traditional therapy; I bring a holistic, faith-driven approach that allows me to guide clients toward healing in a way that aligns with their spiritual beliefs. I truly believe that emotional health and spiritual health are intertwined. I help women reconnect with God and build a stronger relationship with Him, all while addressing the emotional and relational issues that may be hindering their personal growth. My goal is to help them find peace and purpose through a blend of self-awareness, emotional healing, and faith. I also specialize in the Enneagram, a tool I use to help clients understand their core motivations, fears, and emotional patterns. By uncovering their Enneagram type, they gain a deep sense of self-awareness that is essential for healing and growth. The Enneagram helps my clients recognize the root causes of their struggles, whether it’s burnout, anxiety, or challenges in their relationships. I guide them through the process of self-discovery, allowing them to understand not just how they behave, but why they behave that way. This knowledge gives them the power to break free from old patterns and start living in a way that feels authentic and aligned with their true self. What sets me apart as a therapist is my deep understanding of the struggles faced by high-achieving women. I know what it’s like to juggle multiple roles—whether as a mother, wife, professional, or community leader—and feel like you’re constantly under pressure to do it all. I help these women understand that it’s okay to set boundaries, prioritize their own well-being, and let go of the need for perfection. Many women I work with have been running

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My ideal client is a high-achieving, faith-driven woman who has accomplished much in her life—personally, professionally, or both. From the outside, she appears to have it all together. She's the one others lean on, the one who gets things done, the one who rarely slows down. But internally, she often feels overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and spiritually disconnected. Despite her outward success, there's a quiet ache inside—a longing for deeper connection, peace, and purpose. She’s the woman who keeps showing up for everyone else but is starting to wonder who’s showing up for her. She may be navigating the demands of motherhood, ministry, leadership, or career, constantly pouring out without leaving space to be poured into. She feels the weight of responsibility and the pressure to be everything to everyone, and in the process, she's lost touch with parts of herself that matter most—her joy, her voice, her spiritual vitality. This woman has a deep faith. She desires a stronger, more intimate relationship with God, but sometimes struggles to quiet the noise of life long enough to really hear Him. She's read the devotionals, attended the Bible studies, and still feels like something’s missing—a deeper sense of connection not only with God but with herself and the people closest to her. She knows there’s more to life than constant striving, but she isn’t quite sure how to break the cycle. She's beginning to recognize patterns—perfectionism, people-pleasing, anxiety, emotional reactivity—that are holding her back from living in freedom and grace. She’s ready to do the deeper work, not just surface-level fixes. She’s not afraid of growth; in fact, she’s hungry for it. What she needs is someone to walk with her—to hold space, to challenge her gently, and to guide her toward healing and clarity. This is where I come in. I help women like her slow down and take a compassionate look inward. Using the Enneagram as a framework for self-awareness, we uncover the core motivations, fears, and unconscious patterns that drive her daily life. The Enneagram is not just a personality tool—it’s a mirror that reveals where she’s been relying on her own strength and where God is inviting her to surrender, grow, and heal. My approach combines practical tools from coaching and counseling with a faith-based foundation. Together, we’ll work to identify what’s draining her energy and keeping her stuck—whether it’s emotional burnout, lack of boundaries, unresolved pain, or de

My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

I integrate the Enneagram into Christian counseling to help clients explore the deeper motivations and patterns influencing their emotional and relational challenges. This approach blends practical insight with spiritual growth, allowing clients to align their healing journey with their faith. By combining biblical truth with the Enneagram’s framework, I support women in overcoming anxiety, shame, and burnout while strengthening their identity and purpose. It’s a compassionate path toward lasting transformation—emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Enneagram to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, core beliefs, and emotional triggers. By combining CBT’s practical, evidence-based tools with the Enneagram’s insight into personality and motivation, I guide women in building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and lasting behavior change. This integrative approach empowers clients to break cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, and burnout while creating healthier thought habits and more fulfilling relationships.

Motivational Interviewing

I use Motivational Interviewing alongside the Enneagram to help clients explore their internal motivations, resolve ambivalence, and move toward meaningful change. This collaborative, client-centered approach creates space for self-discovery and personal growth. By combining the Enneagram’s insight into core drives with MI’s emphasis on autonomy and readiness, I support women in aligning their actions with their values—empowering them to make lasting, purpose-driven changes in their lives.

Strength-Based

I integrate a Strengths-Based counseling approach with the Enneagram to help clients recognize and build upon their natural gifts, values, and resilience. By focusing on what’s strong—not just what’s wrong—this approach empowers women to overcome challenges like burnout, anxiety, or self-doubt with confidence. The Enneagram adds depth by uncovering core motivations and patterns, allowing clients to embrace their strengths with greater self-awareness and move forward with purpose and clarity.
