About me

I am a licensed clinical therapy with a background including community mental health, behavioral health, and various healthcare settings. I’m here to help you build insight, develop coping tools, and reconnect with your strengths. I help teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of themselves find clarity, confidence, and relief. Therapy isn't about having all the answers, it's about discovering them together.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is not like a regular therapy session. Intake sessions require gathering a full client history with an intake assessment. After getting through the "business" side of things from the intake appointment, the second session is the first real therapy session.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients often tell me they appreciate my grounded presence, honesty, and ability to gently challenge them when needed.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with people ages 13 and above who are struggling with everyday life. I support those struggling with anxiety, depression, emotions regulation, stress management, life transitions, or just simply feeling stuck in life. If you're feeling ready—or even just open to exploring what support could look like—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
